We do not offer refunds on any of our products. This is mainly for health and safety reasons as all jewelry is non refundable once worn.

Therefore this policy is applied to our store as we will be unable to resell earrings.

Of course, if you have any issues with your earrings please do reach out and we will try our very best to come to an acceptable solution!
