1. How much is shipping?

Shipping ranges based on where you live. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. US shipping rates are typically under 4 dollars for your entire order as our earrings are very lightweight. Exact rates will be calculated at checkout. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. 

3. How do I clean my polymer clay earrings?

To clean your earrings you can use rubbing alcohol on a q-tip and very gently clean your earrings of dirt, makeup or marks. 

Its recommended to not wear your earrings during makeup application, when using hairspray, or when encountering water. 

4. Are polymer clay earrings heavy?

Polymer clay earrings are very lightweight. Our heaviest pair of earrings weigh 0.03 lbs. 

5. Are my polymer clay earrings durable?

While polymer clay earrings are very durable and lightweight, the earrings can break when not handled with care. Please ensure your earrings are protected when not being worn. It is recommended to store them in a jewelry case/container or in a cotton jewelry bag. If you do have a quality issue with your new earrings please email us at contact@chasmdesign.com for help. 

6. Are the backs hard to take off/remove?

We recommend removing the backs with care as the adhesive is strong but with improper care could potentially damage the earrings and the backs could come off. If you do encounter a quality issue with your backs please email us at contact@chasmdesign.com

7. Are the posts to the earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes! All of our posts are hypoallergenic. The posts and jump rings are either 18K gold plated or silver plated. All earring findings are 100% brass and free of nickel.
